In our Integrated Production Facility we use electricity, natural gas and steam energy for textile and agricultural
activities; in Headquarter electricity and natural gas energy is used for administrative activities.
Cogeneration Plant has been generating since by 1996 with the aim of continuity and efficiency of energy activities,
has increased its installed power in 2009 in order to meet the increasing energy needs of the factory and has been

By substituting part of power plants running on fossil fuel in Turkey's electricity supply, social and environmentally
efficient, clean, reliable and produce a sustainable manner electrical energy and our group company in order to
reduce emissions in Bilecik in 2008 - Bozüyük 39 MW Metristepe RES plant's license and in 2013, we received the
Gold Standard Certificate, which assesses the environmental and social impacts of renewable and clean energy
projects, and put into operation with 16 N 100/2500 2.5 MW Wind Turbines in 2012, proving its sensitivity to global
climate change and sustainable development targets.
Water / Wastewater
In out wet processing all kind of various fabric blends are dyeing in our Dyehouse successfully. For minimising
environmental impacts of textile dyeing and finishing processes “Wastewater Treatment Plant” established after
operating “Dyeing and Finishing Plant” in same year 1993.
Dyeing and Finishing Plant, which has been operating uninterruptedly for more than 26 years, significant savings
have been achieved in our water and chemical consumption through machine investments we have renewed and
risks in terms of occupational health and safety have been minimized.
The wastewater generated at the end of the dyeing and finishing process is monitored at the Wastewater Treatment
Plant Laboratory on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis in accordance with national and international discharge
In 2011 against “Detox Campaign”, the Global Customers committed to “Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals” in
2020. We give importance for the 2020 target and publish wastewater results in global portals.
With the nationally supported project that we initiated in our Dyeing and Finishing Plant, where water and chemical
consumption is the most intense, it is aimed to monitor the amount of water and discharged wastewater consumed
in the fabric dyeing process online and online.
